New York City has taken a bold step in improving subway turnstile hygiene: by replacing old-fashioned subway tokens with the new higher-tech fare card, the city hopes to eliminate the disgusting, inconvenient and disease-spreading practice of token sucking.
Now, if they could just get rid of the muggers in Central Park.
